DigLoop operates an online digital marketplace specializing in WordPress themes, WordPress plugins, software products, digital licenses, downloadable files, and related digital assets.

Digital Product Notice

All products sold through our website are downloadable digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods, customers gain immediate access to proprietary content after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned and access cannot be fully revoked once delivered, all sales are considered final.

General No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Except as expressly provided in this policy, HILLARY TURNAGE LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Lack of product knowledge

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Customer preference changes

  • Incompatibility with third-party software not expressly listed as supported

  • Hosting provider limitations

  • Server configuration issues

  • Outdated WordPress installations

  • Conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, or custom code

  • Failure to meet subjective expectations

Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A. Verified Non-Delivery

A refund may be considered if:

  • Payment was successfully processed;

  • The product was never delivered due to a verifiable technical failure on our systems; and

  • Our support team is unable to restore access within a reasonable timeframe.

Failure to check spam folders or failure to provide a valid email address does not constitute non-delivery.

B. Major Unfixable Product Defect

A refund may be considered if:

  • The purchased product contains a substantial defect that prevents its intended core functionality;

  • The defect is reproducible by our technical team; and

  • Our team is unable to provide a fix, workaround, update, or replacement within five (5) business days after receiving sufficient information to diagnose the issue.

Minor bugs, cosmetic issues, feature requests, or configuration problems do not qualify.

C. Material Misrepresentation

A refund may be considered where the product materially differs from its published description.

To qualify:

  • The customer must submit written evidence;

  • The request must be received within seven (7) calendar days of purchase;

  • The discrepancy must be significant and objectively verifiable.

Technical Support Requirement

Customers seeking a refund under an eligible exception must first cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting efforts.

Failure to provide requested information, screenshots, error logs, or testing details may result in denial of the request.

Compatibility Disclaimer

HILLARY TURNAGE LLC is not responsible for compatibility issues arising from:

  • Third-party hosting environments

  • Customer server configurations

  • Unsupported WordPress versions

  • Legacy WordPress installations

  • Unlisted plugins or themes

  • Custom modifications

  • Third-party software conflicts

Customers are responsible for reviewing product requirements before purchase.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may be considered a violation of these terms.

In the event of a payment dispute, HILLARY TURNAGE LLC reserves the right to provide transaction records, download logs, license activation records, IP address records, customer communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, and dispute resolution authorities.

Fraud Prevention

Refund requests may be denied where evidence indicates:

  • Downloaded products were accessed or used;

  • License keys were activated;

  • False claims were submitted;

  • Abuse of refund policies occurred;

  • Unauthorized sharing or redistribution occurred.
