This Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy governs the delivery of all products sold by HILLARY TURNAGE LLC, a California limited liability company (Entity No. 202355510145), with its principal office located at 2473 OSWEGO ST, PASADENA, CA 91107.

Nature of Products

All products offered through our website are digital goods, including but not limited to:

WordPress plugins

Digital licenses
Digital files and related downloadable content

No physical products are sold, shipped, or delivered by HILLARY TURNAGE LLC.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are delivered electronically:

No physical shipment will occur.
No shipping carrier will be used.
No tracking number will be generated.
No shipping fees or delivery charges apply.
No customs duties, import fees, or international delivery charges apply.

Digital Delivery Process

Upon successful completion of payment:

The customer will be directed to an order confirmation page containing a download link for the purchased product(s).
An automated order confirmation email containing download instructions and/or download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery is generally completed within a few minutes of payment authorization and processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address at checkout.

Access to Downloads

Customers may receive access to purchased digital products through one or more of the following methods:

Direct download link on the order confirmation page
Automated email delivery
Customer account access area (if applicable)
License activation portal (if applicable)

Failed or Delayed Delivery

In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to:

Customers are responsible for:

Downloading and storing purchased files in a secure location.
Maintaining backups of downloaded products.
